New Continuing Education Regulations
Effective May 1, 2014, individuals holding the following positions, or similar positions, in licensed Ohio schools must complete at least 20 hours of continuing education related to their positions every two years: School Directors, Education Directors, Placement Directors, Admissions Directors, Financial Aid Directors, and Full-time Faculty Members. This new rule is in addition to the required compliance training for Admissions Agents.
Meet Continuing Education Requirements with OHIO Online Training Curricula

Each of our 100+ online courses provides 4 hours of continuing education credit enabling school personnel to meet their 20 hours continuing education requirement by simply completing five courses every two years. Additionally, completion of our certification track courses in each curriculum provides credit toward the Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP) certification awarded by the National Association of State Administrators and Supervisors of Private Schools (NASASPS).
OHIO Online Training Center automatically tracks all employee training records and allows school administrators to grant immediate electronic access to the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools (Board) for audit and verification purposes, pursuant to the Board’s training documentation requirements.
