I think this continuation of training is great to enhance our knowledge on our jobs.

I think this is a great tool for new agents to ensure that what is already being trained by the Directors of Admissions is backed-up by authority. Very good!

I was skeptical about having to take this training course. Being an agent for the last 10yrs, I thought this would be "too easy" for me, but I found it very helpful! It was nice to refresh what I already knew and I must say I did learn a few new things as well. I believe the course and what it spoke about was put together in a great way and I believe this will be a very useful tool in training new reps. Thanks for a great experience!

I now understand why my college has all the rules that allow us as agents to engage with potential students. I found the regulations to be easier to understand with this course.

I enjoyed this training. It was long but very informative. I think that we need to take responsibility for what comes out of our mouths. If we understand our job and continue to keep up to date on rules and regulations, we shouldn't have any problems. But when we lose sight of that and focus too greatly on our goals we tend to slip up. We accidentally give false information just to improve the numbers. Putting our jobs and ourselves in jeopardy. I strongly suggest taking training opportunities like this seriously and making sure you are informed!

This training was very different from my previous job where we just did a little test here and there with small group training sessions that didn't allow you to take it all in. I feel this course was very detailed and really helped me with a better understanding of the rules , laws and what's expected from admissions agents. I feel more confident in what I am doing as an agent and what I can do to better serve prospective students.

This compliance training was very informative. The knowledge I obtained will be very beneficial towards my admissions position. The information was broken down in sections for great comprehension. Wonderful training!
